Cortney joined the Grace House team in 2025, after many years of serving her family by being a stay-at-home mom. With a background of coordinating large events and working for non-profits, she’s excited to connect the local community with the mission of Grace House. She and her husband have two daughters, and they are faithful members of North Side Baptist Church in Weatherford.
Jen Cupp
FINANCE MANAGER
Jen joined the Grace House team in 2023. She has previously served as a missionary with SOS Ministries, Uganda alongside her husband, Damon, who helped start Legacy Christian Academy in the village of Kubamitwe. Jen taught village Bible studies, was involved with discipling teachers at the school, and hosted many missions teams and pastors from around the world. They returned to the United States in 2019. She has five children, and her passion is to teach and encourage women through Bible study and discipleship. Her husband serves as an elder at Calvary Bible Church in Fort Worth where they attend church.

Ashton came to Grace House Ministries in 2024 after graduating high school in 2023. She fell in love with Grace House and its mission while working wth them to receive her “Stars and Stripes” award for American Heritage Girls. Ashton is actively involved at Patillo Baptist Church, and she is thrilled to serve as the Office Manage at the Mineral Wells location.
Collin Carter
CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR
Collin has a family history of serving in the pro-life movement and church ministry. He has been a deacon and a worship director. He has a degree in Family Psychology and worked in mental health for 13 years as a case manager. He is excited to use his experience and knowledge to serve this community. Collin and his wife, Tanesha, have a set of twin children.
Stephanie Aleshire
RN
Stephanie began volunteering at Grace House in 2022 and was honored to join the staff in 2025. She launched her nursing career in the operating room before feeling called to serve in ministry, supporting women through her work at Grace House. Stephanie and her husband have three daughters and are active members of Greenwood Baptist Church.
Meagan Gilliam
RN
Meagan has served various roles with Options Clinic since 2020. She gratefully accepted the opportunity to join the staff in 2025. She has nursing experience in the community health setting and feels blessed to serve in this position while getting to share the Lord’s truth and love. She and her husband have three children and are active members of Christ Chapel Bible Church West Campus.

Debbie’s nursing career started as an LVN at age 18 and she graduated as an RN in 2000. Debbie had the privilege of working at Hope Choice Pregnancy and Mentoring Centers in Amarillo and was so thankful the Lord led her to Grace House to be part of the nursing staff at the Options Clinic in 2025.
Tiffany Lightfoot

Tiffany came to Options Clinic in 2012, after working in pediatrics for many years. She had been praying for a way to use her nursing degree to serve the Lord. Shortly after, the opportunity arose at Options Clinic. Her heart for speaking truth and life are what she loves about working here. She and her husband have 3 children and attend North Side Baptist Church.

Kathryn Perley
WEATHERFORD PREGNANCY CENTER BOUTIQUE SUPERVISOR
Kathryn joined Grace House Ministries in 2023. She has many years experience serving others from children’s ministry, youth ministry to women’s bible study. She has a passion to serve others, to love them well, and to share God’s truth. She has three children and has been a part of the homeschool community for 15 years. She attends The Gathering Church at Brock.
Joy Throneberry
WEATHERFORD PARENTING EDUCATION DIRECTOR
Joy joined Grace House Ministries in 2025 after working for the state of Texas. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Management. Joy has worked with families in ministry and in professional settings in Michigan, Arkansas, and Texas for more than 25 years. This is her passion to help young families. Joy and her husband have seven children and 10 grandchildren. They attend Greenwood Baptist Church with their two youngest daughters.
Katherine “Kat” Gardner
MINERAL WELLS PARENTING EDUCATION DIRECTOR
Katherine “Kat” Gardner joined Grace House Ministries in 2025, with over 15 years of experience in foster care and education. A passionate advocate for children and families, Kat has worked across the foster care spectrum—including reunification, emergency shelters, international and refugee care, and adoption. She’s also served in public education, supporting learners of all ages, from Pre-K to adults, and previously worked as an Adult Education Literacy Facilitator, specializing in career development and ESL. As a mom to nine and a foster parent to many, Kat brings both personal heart and professional expertise to every family she serves.
Pure Truth
Craig Cornish
PURE TRUTH DIRECTOR
Craig is a former Pure Truth instructor who officially joined our staff as Pure Truth Director in December 2025. He holds a degree in Child Development and brings a diverse background that includes experience as a personal trainer, as well as team-building and leadership development training for youth. Craig is passionate about investing in the next generation and has held several roles working directly with young people.
Craig and his family are active members of HighRidge Church in Weatherford.
