Judy Flanagin: Director

Judy Flanagin is a lifelong resident of Parker County. Judy and her beloved husband, Jay Flanagin, were married almost 45 years before he went home to Jesus. They have one son, daughter-in-love, and two grandsons. Judy is a member of Greenwood Baptist Church where she has taught 4th-5th grade Sunday School since 1981. Her heart’s desire is for others to have hope through a deep relationship with Jesus. Judy is the District Director for State Senator Phil King. 

 

Jake Grogan: Treasurer

Jake Grogan grew up in Eastern Pennsylvania but moved to Texas in 2018. Since that time he has been serving as the pastor of Indian Creek Baptist Church in Mineral Wells. Jake and his wife Mandy have four wonderful children, Breanna, Austin, Kailey, and Chelsea. He is excited about the potential for Grace House Ministries to have an impact on the families and young people living in Palo Pinto County. 

 

Kate Linde: Director

Kate Linde has been married to her husband, Rod, since 1987. Though they were unable to have children, this deepened her passion for life and adoption – values she now champions as a member of the Board of Directors. A longtime Nurse Anesthetist specializing in pediatric care, Kate later trained as a lay chaplain in a Level 1 trauma center, where she discovered a calling to be present in crisis moments. She and Rod are active member of First Methodist Church of Weatherford, where she serves in the children’s and youth ministries. Serving with Grace House continues her lifelong commitment to saving lives and offering hope!

Ashlie McCright: Secretary

Ashlie McCright and her adored husband, Erik, chose Weatherford in 2012, and remain in love with the community. Ashlie is a mother of six children through adoption and birth, and also shares her home with four dogs. She is a member of First Methodist Church of Weatherford. Ashlie has served as an advocate at Options Clinic since 2017, and can’t resist a new face or learning the joys, heartache and potential in the person behind it. 

Mark Reidland: Director 

Mark Reidland is the President of Hope Local, a Fort Worth-based organization dedicated to recruiting and supporting foster and adoptive families through partnerships with local churches. Residing in Fort Worth for over 17 years, Mark and his wife, Chelsea, have six children—three biological and three adopted teenagers from foster care. Their personal journey has profoundly influenced their commitment to serving vulnerable children and families. The mission of Hope Local runs parallel to that of Grace House Ministries, and Mark is excited for the ways his board service with Grace House will serve to advance the Kingdom and care for vulnerable

Mark Tackett: Vice Chairperson

Mark Tackett is a follower of Jesus, husband, father, and pharmacist. He and his wife, Brenda, have four children. He went to school at Aledo, followed by two years at Weatherford College, and pharmacy school at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He opened Tackett Pharmacy in 1993. Mark is a deacon and Sunday School teacher at First Baptist Church in Santo.

Dr. Krista Lemley

Dr. Krista Lemley has served as Medical Director of our Options Clinic locations since 2022. She is an OB/GYN with Weatherford OB/GYN Associations. Dr. Lemley is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
